Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Bharat Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, the following policy shall apply:

1. Time Limit for Claims

Return, Refund, or Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are required to record a complete, clear, and uninterrupted unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package. The video should preferably be recorded in the presence of the delivery partner and must start before opening the package.

3. What the Unboxing Video Must Show

The sealed package
Shipping label and order details
Complete package opening process
Product condition after opening
Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received

4. Claims Requiring Unboxing Video

Any claim regarding the following must be supported by a valid unboxing video:

Damaged Product
Defective Product
Wrong Product Delivered
Missing Product
Broken Product

5. Claims Without Unboxing Video

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may be rejected and Bharat Bazaar shall not be liable for any refund, replacement, or return in such cases.

6. How to Submit a Claim

Customers must submit the following to our customer support email:

Order Number
Product Photos
Complete Unboxing Video

7. Review Process

All claims will be reviewed and verified by our support team before approval.

8. Non-Eligible Returns

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without original packaging shall not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
